Being a mouthpiece for any governments, let alone a foreign government, is neither British nor Broadcasting. They can keep the "C" which is fitting at so many levels.
🧵2/2: Under Article 79 of the Geneva Conventions, " #journalists in #war zones must be treated as civilians"... ah wait, that explains why #Israel has murdered over 237 journalists since Oct 7. Tragically, the #CPJ (Committee for Protecting Journalists) had published a protection appeal in July for Anas al-Sharif, as he was " being targeted by an #Israeli military smear campaign, which [he believed was] a precursor to his assassination."
