I'm at odds on the James Comey indictment. Taking it at face value that the indictment is true and he lied to Congress, that's a crime... If he is being prosecuted for that crime as retribution by Trump, that's persecution to silence dissent, therein lies the rub.

My opinion of Comey personally hasn't played into my feeling on this. He can rot in the decomposing choices he made, personally.

There is something bigger at stake, the selective prosecution as punishment of your foes.
