I now assume that the avalanche of "journalism" "covering" Amazon "deals" on "Prime Days" is almost entirely a revenue generator for the "news" organizations, via commission links.
I canceled Amazon Prime. Consider doing the same.
@dangillmor I have gone one stage further by never having subscribed to Prime in the first place!
I haven't used Amazon for years on account of how they treat their employees and "sub-contractors".
If stuff is cheap is cheap then it means that people in the supply chain are earning (much) less than you are
