Je sais pas si ça aidera d'autres que moi
Pour déculpabiliser un peu de ma procrastination, je regarde l'anxiété et sa gestion, qui en sont bcp à l'origine, comme une activité en soi.

Que ce soit pour le soin ou juste pour la fuite, ça me prend un temps - dans mon emploi cahoteux du temps - et ça fait partie de ma journée.

Je ne fais pas rien quand je flippe pour des riens et que je ne m'en occupe pas.
Je me travaille.
