I mistakenly said that the last puffin photo I posted was taken in May 2019 when it was in fact taken in June 2019. It matters to nobody but me but the mistake irked me. My social anxiety stopped me from editing the post because I didn't want to spam the notification of hundreds of people. 😂
This photo was taken on the same visit to Látrabjarg. Please consider this an erratum of some sort.

I wanted to get a picture of a puffin with the mountains in the background instead of the sea. Without a wide-angle lens, this was the best I could pull off lol. I'm still kind of proud of it, though.

I shot the puffin photos at Hafnarholmi harbour in East Iceland. It's probably one of the most accessible puffin colonies in the world. I saw my first puffin there 12 years ago and had the chance to revisit the place last month. I was thrilled to see a lot more puffins there last month than I did around the same time 12 years ago!
