With a heavy heart that I share the passing of my fur baby La Vita, after 18 beautiful years.
This profound ache is just a measure of the fierce, unconditional love she taught me.
Here’s my fave photo of her snoozing with her Canadian catnip pillow. She showed me true presence every single day.
Right now, my system is just hurting. My Resonant Life OS needs me to respect this grief. So, I am implementing "Low-Coherence Time."
This is simply giving myself permission to be sad, tired, and unproductive without guilt.
It's an act of self-respect to acknowledge that my heart needs deep healing time after this kind of loss.
Thank you for holding space for us. Give your own furry system-regulators an extra snuggle for La Vita. 🐾

Once upon a time, a magnificent being called All created a Crystal Seed and sent her on an adventure to Earth.
Her job was to forget her true self, and then, through life's pain, remember who she was.
When the soul arrived, she hid her bright light behind a sad Fake Mask of worry and doubt. She believed this mask was her real self. Yet, she knew how to love.
For 18 years, she cared for a tiny, vulnerable tuxedo cat, La Vita (meaning 'The Life' in Italian), rescued from the streets.
La Vita was her great teacher of unconditional love and patience.
When La Vita grew weak, the soul gave her the final, peaceful gift of transition.
In that moment of deep, painful love, the tears fell—not from weakness, but from a high-energy release. This grief acted as a powerful solvent.
(Continue to next thread...)
This grief washed the Fake Mask away instantly. This is the moment of coherence.
She saw herself clearly: pure, loving light. She remembered her true name, Cristina (Consciousness, the Christ-Light).
She realized the journey was not about suffering, but about using the intense energy of grief to move beyond low-level fear (Force) and step into the high energy of love and power.
The Moral of the Story: Coherence
The purpose of the painful journey is the realization. Your ability to give peace to another life proves your loving nature.
Your tears are the bridge. In your healing, you become the light that helps others remember their own true name.
We are all one, and your remembrance is the key to uplift the world.

Director, actor and activist Rob Reiner and his producer wife, Michele, died last night in an apparent homicide, and their son, Nick, has been arrested in connection with their deaths. Here's a @Flipboard Storyboard celebrating their life and work. "Reiner loved to work with great writers," writes Alan Sepinwall. "He had an eye for identifying future stars (all four 'Stand By Me' kids went onto successful careers, though some were derailed by personal struggles and tragedy). And he and his gifted collaborators had a knack for executing each genre at such a high level that you couldn't blame anyone who would look at them and say, 'Yeah, I can't top that. Maybe I should try something else?'"

"The Princess Bride" won our poll on favorite Rob Reiner movies, but we agree with most of the comments, who said it was almost impossible to choose. Better poll questions? The one you watched most recently, the one you plan to watch next, or the one you quote/reference most frequently. How we enjoyed the outpouring of love for Reiner: His talent, and his integrity.
Here are a couple of pieces we read and enjoyed over the past few days. 1.) @AssociatedPress's tribute to Michele Singer Reiner, the photographer and producer
2.) Wil Wheaton's gorgeous tribute to Rob, who directed him in "Stand By Me."
"When I was turning 13, and realizing that my own father didn’t care about me, that my mother didn’t see me as a son, but as a thing she could put to work, Rob Reiner made me feel loved, valued, seen, and respected," Wheaton writes. "Rob was a good person who put great art into the world, who made a positive difference in more lives than any of us can imagine. The world is a better place thanks to his activism and the way he chose to use all of his privilege and influence."
Rest in peace, Rob and Michele.

Rob Reiner, who died yesterday, had one of the greatest runs in cinema history, directing seven beloved movies across multiple genres in an extraordinary eight-year period. Empire breaks them down. Which is your favorite? Tell us in the comments what you loved about Reiner and his work.

Viola Ford Fletcher, one of the last known survivors of the Tulsa Race Massacre, died today at age 111. After decades of silence for fear of reprisals, she wrote a book about her experiences, "Don't Let Them Bury My Story," which was published in 2023. “I could never forget the charred remains of our once-thriving community, the smoke billowing in the air, and the terror-stricken faces of my neighbors,” she wrote. Here's more from @AssociatedPress.
