@autistics @actuallyautistic Okay, I've been so encumbered these past months that this completely slipped my attention: Apparently next month's assistance check lands THE DAY OF due payment for my internet. The deposits don't go to the same account as my internet, so I have to manually add money to my account paying the internet via cash at an ATM.

My internet provider changed their policy from a couple of days of buffer before autopayment to the DAY OF for autopayment. I will overdraft in my current situation because I will not be able to pay my internet in time.

I need $160 by August 25th or I will have a severe overdraft of my account that is paying my internet.

(aka he was evicted) I just hope they don't just replace the roommate with someone else because that would fully signal they're only in it for the money. I really hope they turn that room into the nursery for the baby. #aspie #aspielife

@autistics @actuallyautistic Further context: my landlords hid the fact they were having a baby and using the money from my government checks to fund baby supplies and baby showers/newlywed parties.

My roommate suspected it was also being funnelled to offshore accounts indirectly to African scammers who are currently scamming people in the fandom.

The baby is due anyday now so my psychologist wanted answers to what would be done. My social worker threw her hands up in the air and implied to my psych I was a client with "extra special needs" and then avoided taking responsibility for the situation.

They evicted me into this situation. They dumped an insane roommate on me I didn't ask for, and now they want to take no responsibility for sensory overload being guaranteed with a baby, causing meltdowns if I were stuck with cabin fever, and the house turns into 1000% me time for the parents, which I will be exorcised if I interrupt & "sin". #aspie #aspielife #mutualaid #EmergencyAid

@autistics @actuallyautistic Once again, the reason I can't use a food bank is because their perishables need preparation, something my social worker has tortiously interfered that I might commit arson if I'm allowed access to the stove and oven. My own countertop appliances were deemed redundant by the landlords without them thinking about what that means for me, and then my social worker also banned the use of my own countertop appliances for use at home. It's pretty much only down to meals out to avoid my landlord's me time. #aspie #aspielife #mutualaid #EmergencyAid

Latest social worker response to my psychologist was is "we have units available in catchment, but your client is stubborn and picky." In typical neurotypical sarcasm.

Roommate is 99% not coming back. I might have a loss on keyboards and RAM I bought them.

False promises were made for food security when the reality is my landlords having a baby WILL mean they forget. (Noise is also unavoidable)

Topping it all off, peer support is still depending on a reliable vehicle and that still hasn't had any solid promises.

Buffer money (for food and supplies) is desperately needed to maintain my "model tenant" status (by allowing 1000% me time) which was recently confirmed by my social worker.
