Yarn ~$100. Can't remember how much for the pattern. Hours? Untold. Bite me. Cold dead hands. Though actually they would be warm hands because this shawl is a beast.

Can any of you make these animal hug socks? I don't know how much time it would take, or the cost of materials and the pattern, but they are really popular all of a sudden. I think they would look so cute to wear around the house. I've seen them in sloth, rabbit, panda, red tailed panda, koala, axolotl, bunny, bat, cow, dinosaur, raccoon, and tiger.
I would happily purchase these from an independent small business knitter. I would NOT buy them from a big company. (They won't be as nice as the picture anyway.)
Edited to say that it did not occur to me, but the image could certainly be A.I. generated in order to trick the consumer into buying an inferior product. What I am wondering is if it's possible to make this and have it look like the picture?

Another Mustardseed down. This is absolutely my go to gift shawl. One skein. Not a ton of beads. Knocked this one out in five days while working. Can be worn more like a scarf so, to my mind, more adaptable than some of the larger shawls. I think the recipient will be thrilled.
