My store in RedBubble is ready! You can buy a lot of products with 5 of my illustrations (I'll add more soon), but there are lots of products available for each illustration.

Go check them out!

50% fee 😓 #redbubble

A screenshot of an email from RedBubble explaining changes to a platform's fee structure, including a 50% fee deduction for Standard tier artists, a new excess markup fee on products with markup above 20%, and details about fee caps.

just got this email from #RedBubble.

am I tripping or is this absolutely wild? FIFTY percent!?

Screengrab from RB email.

Platform Fee Structure is Changing:

Platform fees for Standard accounts are being simplified to a flat percentage of your monthly earnings. As an artist in the Standard tier, a 50% fee will be deducted from your monthly earnings. These changes also include a new, lower fee for Premium accounts. The platform fee helps cover administrative and operational marketplace costs, support services and investment in tools and marketing opportunities to help artists like you.

“By way of background, the Digital Industry Group Inc. (DIGI) is a *non-profit* industry association that advocates for the interests of the #DigitalIndustry in #Australia, with #Google, #Facebook, #Twitter and #Verizon Media as its founding members. #DIGI also has an associate membership program and our other members include #Redbubble, #eBay and #GoFundMe.”

so law is being framed and pushed by a lobby company on behalf of foreign Internet companies by the Government who cannot compute 😫
