I have stomach pains from laughing and crying at the same time. That means no digitalisation, no AI, no resource savings, no interfaces, only automation, so we are in the middle of the 4th industrialisation, in the middle of the 1960s.

What are your thoughts on digitalization?
Especially when it comes to the web.
Just the fact that we're here in the Fediverse, even with varying levels of skill and knowledge, means we're all at least a bit above average, especially compared to certain countries (Italy, Greece... I know these realities, but I imagine others are even further behind).
This clashes heavily with the behavior of states and companies that try to force a process that has never been properly educated or introduced to the public, but only through specific interests:
Meta, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, TikTok, and lately OpenAI, etc. (note the clear preponderance of US companies 
).
Once it was seen only as a generational issue, but the truth is it's not uncommon to see Gen Z and Alpha taking a step backward compared to previous generations, even if only because smartphones have replaced PCs for daily digital use.
In this scenario, don' you feel increasingly caught in a Gibsonian trap?
How can we escape?
