#SupremeCourt takes case that could strip #FCC of authority to issue fines
In 2024, FCC fined big three carriers total of $196 million for location data sales revealed in 2018, saying the companies were punished “for illegally sharing access to customers’ location information without consent and without taking reasonable measures to protect that information against unauthorized disclosure.” Carriers challenged in three appeals courts, arguing fines right to a jury trial.

The same reporter who asked earlier about #Khashoggi asked Trump why he is not releasing the #Epstein files now, rather than waiting for #Congress to vote.

Trump responded: "It's not the question that I mind. It's your attitude. I think you are a terrible reporter. It's the way you ask these questions."

He added "You're a terrible person & terrible reporter."

He added that he thinks #ABC's license should be taken away.

#Trump said that broadcasting licenses used by affiliates of #Disney's #ABC should be "taken away" after he didn’t like a question posed by an #ABCNews reporter for the network in the Oval Office.

Trump made the comment after a reporter for ABC News asked Trump about the Jeffrey #Epstein political scandal.
