When you do an in-person event, I would advice to make covid tests on the entry obligatory. We usually do this at the #socrates unconference. We had covid-positive test cases. So, this is a reminder that this nasty little virus is still there. #CovidIsNotOver

Wearing a mask is often not obligatory, it wasn't at the #socrates. I would definitely recommend to wear a mask for indoor events, especially in the winter season.

Also, it's a good idea to put into the Code of Conduct that challenging or making fun of people for wearing a mask is harrassment and not tolerated.
