US nurses union denounce Pretti’s killing, call to abolish ICE
National Nurses United, the largest registered nurses’ union in the US, has called Pretti’s killing “a heinous murder”.
“Alex Pretti, an ICU nurse, was doing what nurses do best – taking action to protect his community – when he was killed by federal agents,” the union said,
