Il s’agit d’un tirage en sérigraphie en 6 couleurs sur papier ivoire. On peut y voir un personnage féminin en robe rouge et chapeau marche sur une colline d’herbe, entourée de feuilles de piléa. Devant elle se tient une immense feuille jaune, bleue et rouge, dans laquelle se trouve un grand héron perché, quipenche la tête dans sa direction. Les deux se regardent amicalement, il s’agit de leur rencontre. L’image fait partie d’une série de cartes imprimées à la main.
