Je prends aussi une éventuelle recommandation d'ouvrage sur l'histoire de la région si c'est pas écrit dans une perspective soviétique/russe.

Peut on devenir Français sans parler français ? On ne se pose pas ce genre de question de manière automatique et anhistorique.
