The @EUCommission called out TikTok & Meta for breaking key transparency & accountability rules under the #DSA

The two tech giants made unnecessarily difficult to access data and, in Meta’s case, used deceptive interface design that confuses & discourages users from flagging illegal content.

After this preliminary decision, we urge the Commission to move swiftly toward final remedies & fines — because justice delayed is justice denied.

Pierwsze czytanie projektu ustawy o zmianie ustawy o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną, czyli słynne wdrożenie aktu o usługach cyfrowych ( #DSA) w Polsce, nie zgromadziło tłumów.

Wygląda na to, że więcej osób z Panoptykonu ogląda to posiedzenie niż posłów i posłanek...

"The #DSA and #DMA are our sovereign legislations - Non-discriminatory, applying to all online platforms in the EU. Fully protecting our #FundamentalRights, including #FreedomOfExpression. I will keep enforcing them, for our kids, citizens and businesses."
