After #sactions on judges of the International Criminal Court ( #ICC), the US administration considers now sanctions on EU officials working on the #DigitalServiceAct #DSA:

"President Donald Trump's administration is considering imposing sanctions on European Union or member state officials responsible for implementing the bloc's landmark Digital Services Act, two sources familiar with the matter said, over U.S. complaints that the law censors Americans and imposes costs on U.S. tech companies."

W ten sposób platforma Elona Muska narusza prawa użytkowników i użytkowniczek, narażając ich na dyskryminację i łamiąc artykuł 26.3 aktu o usługach cyfrowych ( #DSA). Organizacje społeczne, w tym Panoptykon, złożyły w tej sprawie skargę.

📝 Yesterday, nine civil society organisations, including @edri, submitted a joint complaint against X for violating the #DSA by using people’s sensitive personal data for targeted ads.

🚨 This is banned under the DSA because it can lead to higher risk of discrimination, harm and violations of users’ fundamental rights.

Together, we are calling for Digital Services Coordinators and the European Commission to investigate X, and hold it to accountable ✊🏽
