A feature I don’t recall seeing outside the #Fediverse: #Elk, among other #Mastodon UIs, has #Wellbeing features aimed at lowering stress levels.
There are also numerous UIs for #Mastodon (to say the least). The web is the only one that works 99% of the time, implements all features, etc. Your mileage may vary.
In addition to native mobile & desktop apps, there are a number of webapp UIs, particularly #Elk, #Semaphore & #Phanpy. Elk is #Twitter-like, so intuitive & easy to use. I use it a lot.

Just learned the hard way that your entire first post gets deleted when you've accidentally hit the 'Threads' button and remove the 2nd message in Elk. 🥲
And since I'm not home I didn't have the Textarea Cache extension installed in Firefox, of course.. oh well, here I go again.
