Probably the best bet for a nationwide news source that can be trusted is PBS and NPR. Probably its everyone's duty to strongly support them and ProPublica.

Learned that whole episodes of #PBS programs, all different kinds of programs, are available as a podcast simply because my sighted friends like listening more than watching, and I was amazed since because these exact shows have audio description on the web version but not the podcast version and I am over here like, literally the easiest way without effort to promote audio description and you didn’t do it? On a similar note, I’m actually really surprised at how audio description is never on the radio or audio podcasts.
