Ever since, there have been nightly protests against the corrupt, authoritarian officials who constrain and control the Justice system. Ever since, judges, magistrates an other members of the system have spoken out against the corruption, rallied together by the call to stand on principle, courageously.

I don't think generative AI should be used in schools, as an "educational tool".

However, the Ministry of Education, in #Romania, certainly thinks it should.

I wrote up my personal position and translated it into English, in response to the Ministry asking for comments on the latest update on school curricula which features plenty of mentions to using #genAI in the classroom.

yesterday, the fascists in #Romania seemed to have itched for something more grandiose than just going to Tâncăbești, the site of the execution of Corneliu Zelea Codreanu (a fascist criminal) and reciting hateful poetry

they re-created the destroyed fascist cross, using candles, in Bucharest. they picked Piața Victoriei, a spot known for its revolutionary meaning, for being the site of anti-corruption and anti-authoritarian protests

no reaction from the authorities, it's not even in the news
