And whaddya know - went down to basement to find some wine and I had the most excellent fondue wine -
Grünet Veltliner.
Cooked with some and drank the rest. Touch on the sour side (high acid I guess) but went most well with fondue... no idea what prompted me to pick up the bottle (I don't keep too many whites around) but sure glad it was there today!

The manual from @pertho is well-written, I was able to complete all stages without any problems, even though I was too drunk even to use clit mouse on my #Thinkpad — the cursor somehow wouldn't appear where I wanted it to, lol 
BTW, it is not necessary to issue the command "xhost +" since it is too insecure. Since all necessary X server sockets and files are accessible from inside jail, the command "xhost local:" is enough. Only local connections (from local machine and from inside jail) will be accepted.
One minor edit — the command to change to owner of the user directory should be issued twice — the second time at the end of Bastillefile, instead the owner of user directory will be the root.

Any suggestions for a better text editor (not vim/emacs) for Ubuntu than the default Gnome editor? It's got three frustrating dealbreakers for me:
1. Can't turn off syntax highlighting, AND the syntax highlighting is so confusing that it leads to me screwing up.
2. No way to get a wordcount for selection block.
3. Autoscroll sucks, placing cursor at the bottom of the screen, with text below cursor always invisible.
@pluralistic I run notepad++ via #Wine on #Ubuntu because I use it on #Windoze ...I really miss #Atom editor😟

Excerpt: "California farms applied an average of 2.5m lbs of PFAS “forever chemicals” per year on cropland from 2018 to 2023, or a total of about 15m lbs, a new review of state records shows.
The chemicals are added to pesticides that are sprayed on crops such as almonds, pistachios, #wine grapes, #alfalfa and tomatoes, the review of California Department of Pesticide Regulation data found. The Environmental Working Group nonprofit put together the report.
The risk for uptake of PFAS is likely higher in water-rich fruits and vegetables, because water attracts the chemicals, and research has shown PFAS may concentrate at dangerous levels in some produce. The chemicals also pollute water supplies and present a higher risk to the often low income and Latino #farmworkers."
