It was pretty surprising at the time when I first noticed sleep level in Nca mutants can be modified by daylight length! Which leads to my research focus on visually driven #sleep

Does anyone have any cute/stylish recommendations for a simple bedroom clock? Ideally it would be USB C rechargeable, colorful, cute, and readable in the dark.

I'm trying to not-rely on my phone or other gadgets for sleep time as they are just a distraction for me.

It is 2;13 at night. It"s rare for me to sleep through the night. Usually, like now, I sleep for about 4 hours, lie awake for 1 to 2 hours, and fall asleep again.
I wonder if there are others who experie ce the same...
