I just finished my latest pair of socks. These are handspun, four ply, toe-up, double gusset, princess sole, with built-in bunny fur. Whew! I think it took longer to write that than it did to make them. #handspinning #handmade #handcraft #wool #fiberarts

This is the cowl/hood I #HandDyed and crocheted this year. The dusty rose accent is #handspun. It is entirely made of #GulfCoast #wool off the backs of my sheep and is heavy and super warm!

My biggest accomplishment was engaging with all of you #FinishOrFrogAlong folks! I finished one washcloth, one spinning project, and 5 hexiflats (including one handspun one). I also cast on the Fox Whisperer shawl after encouragement from all of you!

A 3rd project from my “want to make” list - not sure why it has gripped me so much; I normally don’t find cardigans or drapey things that appealing but I am fascinated and think it would be fantastic in handspun. What’s stopping me is getting around to spinning up a sweater quantity of some really cool colorway in the right weight. I keep getting distracted by other things.
