I keep a physical calendar, because it's reliable and doesn't track me (well, I use it to track myself).
Every other week I mark one day as a todo-day, where I get things done without any appointments.
At least once a week I mark one day as a me-day, where I have no todos and no appointments.
That's still 11 days full of appointments in 2 weeks.
Laziness is mindfulness + unnecessary remorse. Don't judge yourself for taking your time.

I just removed #DuckDuckGo as my default search engine and from my search engines in general, because they keep promoting their AI bullshit and because the ddg seaches for "ban ai", "ai ban" and the same in German yields 0 results - while when removing the quotes you get a lot of AI propaganda.
I now use @Mojeek and hope I won't be disappointed (PS: I already am. Mojeek is also AI bs.).
On mobile I used the ddg app as my browser the past months and since I don't have it in me to do the research for the least suckiest mobile browser again I'll see how long I'll make it without a browser.
Lineage OS straight up freezed for half a minute because I dared to deinstall the default browser app.
Maybe I'll soon switch to a feature phone anyway. My dad is one of my most important contacts on Signal and his old iPhone refuses to update Signal, so he'll be out soon.
Also I don't want to depend on toxic F-Droid anymore.
