Beer aficionados ought to visit The Farm and The Odd Fellows in Minneapolis, Kansas. They give you a fob and let you pour your own beer. They have about a dozen beers, plus some wines and a hard cider. We were fortunate to visit on a day when there was no one else here, so we had the taps all to ourselves.

We are hoping for a large turnout for the John Lewis National Day of Action, next week, on Thursday, July 17.
The Day of Action is named after the American civil rights leader John Lewis, and will take place on the anniversary of his passing.
We will gather at our regular site between Anderson Avenue and Marshall's Store at the West Loop Shopping Center in Manhattan, Kansas.
The protest will last from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
