On my nth visit to Spain, I am again surprised at the relative lack of #vegetarian restaurants and vegetarian options at non-vegetarian restaurants.
I finally checked https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vegetarianism_by_country and... Spain has only 1.4% of vegetarians (!) as of the latest data, whereas Argentina (where I come from, a place primarily associated with beef eating) has 11%.
We are going to be traveling to #Portland#Oregon at the end of the month. Do you have any recommendations for any of the following?
1) A good #vegan or #vegetarian place? (Esp. South Asian and East Asian)
2) A good, cozy #coffee shop / cafe?
3 Good #tea shops?
4) A good #bakery ?
and a bonus question -
4) Any activity that might be good for a very curious nine-month old?
