IMO, it's never been easier to switch away from the problematic players because we've got so many alternatives that got much better over time whereas Microsoft and others are practicing #enshittification.

We've done it before. Somehow, we found that giving away knowledge and control to use the #cloud was a good idea. It never was because we've lost so much competence we now need to ramp up very quickly.

Je clic sur "+" pour joindre une image dans une discussion. Mais c'est TEAMS, pas une vraie application de chat.

Du coup au lieu de me proposer "Joindre un fichier" comme tout le monde, il me propose:

- Planifier un message
- Définir les options de livraison
- Planifier une réunion
- Enregistrer un clip vidéo
- Compliment (?)
- Power BI (MSIT)
- Obtenir plus d'application.

COMME C'EST UTILE.

We've been using #Element / #Matrix in production in our company for 7 years now, maintain secondary emergency channel on #Signal.

Element is not perfect, has some questionable UX calls, some moments of "Why on earth would anyone..." - but truth is, I have far more such moments with #Slack and Element works "well enough."

Also know #Teams from some customers... and yeah, it's also really not great.
