It seems you can get arrested for wearing the wrong tshirt in Germany as well.

This doctor was detained at Berlin Internationalist Queer Pride on Saturday for wearing a pink triangle, the symbol the Nazis used to persecute homosexuals, because it looked too similar to the Palestinian red triangle.
