They're building a #forced #labor #concentrationcamp for #homeless #people in #Utah. And there's still people saying those of us who recognise reality are hysterical and insane. There's no line that can be crossed to make them admit it IS that bad, serious, and unacceptable, is there?

#TheyLive#Immigration#ICE#StopICE#EndICE #DOGE#MassDeportation#ConcentrationCamp#AlligatorAuschwitz#AlligatorAlcatraz#Project2025 #9066

A meme from six years ago...
More true today as that number has very likely gone up a bunch.

People don't remember that when the Nazi's forced people into the concentration camps, they stole all their property too.
People don't remember that when Executive Order 9066 happened, they stole all their property.

This is always all a money grab.

Cartoon by G.Koch depicting character John Nada from the movie They Live!

Sign in color reads: We can't let undocumented immigrants have welfare. That's big government.

John Nada puts on the sunglasses

Sign in black and white: Right now, as you read this, you're paying for them to be imprisoned for up to $775 per night per person, dumbass

I do wish folks would stop using "alligator alcatraz".

It is a concentration camp.

It is not intended as a form of punishment or deterrence for criminals. It is intended as a means of removing humans the government does not like from society.

It's not a joke, it's not a meme, it's not a t-shirt.

It's a concentration camp.

@GeePawHill People and #FailingMedia that feel the urge to use a ‘snappy’ alliteration should use #AlligatorAuschwitz to describe the #ICE#ConcentrationCamp in #Florida.

NEVER AGAIN?

Israel plans to confine Gaza residents in a closed concentration camp atop Rafah ruins, as the genocide continues. Defense Minister Israel Katz is calling it a "humanitarian zone," but it is a de facto concentration camp. Internees will not have freedom of movement or the ability to leave. They will be forced to move there, whether they want to, or not. Living conditions will be deplorable.

As a side note, for anyone unfamiliar with the slogan, “Never Again,” it was chanted by prisoners as they were liberated from Buchenwald at the end of World War II. It was used by Jewish Defense League founder Meir Kahane in his 1971 book, Never Again! A Program for Survival. It is a slogan often repeated by Jews, though there has been disagreement about whether it applied just to Jews and antisemitism, or whether it was a more universal slogan, meant to oppose all forms of fascism and genocide. The slogan originated from the 1927 poem, Masada, by Yitzhak Lamdan, about the siege of Masada, when the Sicarii (Jewish assassins who target Roman leaders and Jewish collaborators) were captured and chose to commit mass suicide rather than be captured.

The Republicans are proudly calling it “#AlligatorAlcatraz.” Let’s call it what it is.

“‘Alligator Alcatraz’ is a #concentrationcamp,” Andrea Pitzer, author of One Long Night, a history of concentration camps, said on Tuesday.

Concentration Camp Labor
Cannot Become Normal
TIMOTHY SNYDER
JUL 04, 2025
With the passage of Trump's death bill, we face the prospect of many great harms, including an archipelago of concentration camps across the United States.

Concentration camps are sites of tempting slave labor. Among many other aims, the Soviets used concentration camp labor to build canals and work mines. The Nazi German concentration camp systemfollowed a capitalist version of the same logic: it drew in businesses with the prospect of inexpensive labor.

We know this and have no excuse not to act.
