On Saturday, #Trump commented about #Chicago crime & #Illinois Gov. #JBPritzker on his Truth Social site: “Six people were killed, & 24 people were shot, in Chicago last weekend, & JB Pritzker, the weak & pathetic Governor of Illinois, just said that he doesn’t need help in preventing CRIME. He is CRAZY!!! He better straighten it out, FAST, or we’re coming! MAGA. President DJT”

#Trump admin ofcls described the #immigration crackdown as part of a larger effort to expand the #federal law enforcement presence in major #Democratic-run #cities….

Unlike the recent federal #takeover of policing in #WashingtonDC, the #Chicago operation is not expected to rely on the #NationalGuard or #military & is focused exclusively on immigration instead of being cast as part of a broad campaign against crime, the ofcls said.

Basic Income must not become a new power play tool. Our historic challenge is before 2030 to contribute to ensure that #UBI will be UNconditional Basic Income as opposed to the opposite effect of #WEF 's "universal" suggestion.

Basic Income must be:
a) 100% #UNconditional, for all
b) 100% under #democratic control
c) A #global fair solution

This is a fundamental transition to a new macro- and micro-economical reality that #automation / "A.I." is bringing via the inescapable coming #BasicIncome

Rep #HakeemJeffries of NY, the #Democratic leader, just went past the 6-hour mark on his floor speech. He condemned #Republicans for an “all-out assault on law-abiding #immigrant #families,” including #AmericanCitizens, saying it was “unconscionable, unacceptable & it’s un-American.” The #OneBigBeautifulBill includes about $175 billion for the #Trump admin to boost #immigration enforcement & border security.
