I once read that Russian's had a proverb which goes something like "There is a law for everyone" — the meaning being, no matter what you do, authorities can find a section in the criminal code, which can be used to convict you.
The proverb is relevant to the script for my next video, but since I cannot remember the exact phrase, it has been difficult to find.

#JPMorgan said in its report that it was flagging about 4,700 transactions, totaling more than $1 billion, because they were potentially related to reports of human trafficking involving #Epstein. I often get asked why people won't leave cities under #Russian attacks. The truth is there is no simple answer to that - many (most) do leave. Those who remain often have no experience of living anywhere else and are not certain they will be able to build a new life in a new place. These are often elderly people who cannot work anymore, and it is much harder for them to adjust in a new place.
