Glasgow University looking beautifully lit up at nightfall a couple of days ago. Its lighting system can be changed to almost any colour and this is used to mark various events and support various campaigns. In this case, it's lit up purple in support of the UN's global campaign against gender-based violence and to remember the women and children who have died due to domestic abuse.
