Alors je ne sais pas ce qu'a branlé Google, mais ça fait déjà deux téléphones où l'appli "Message" de Google n'arrive plus à envoyer de SMS (que RCS soit activé ou non).
Solution qui marche: Remplacer par l'application de SMS QUIK qui juste marche :
