The Trump's administration's bigotry towards trans/nb folx is now legally recognizable as a reason for Americans to be granted immigration consideration in Canada. This is de facto recognition of asylum claims. Meanwhile Americans have already begun to claim asylum, with cases working their way through the system. Canada accepts 250 annual LGBTQ+ asylum claims from various countries, but the US is a new source for claims.

‘All the things that are terrible and terrifying about transsexuality and gender transitioning are not found in the process of transition itself, but in the way in which the boundaries between the sexes punish and threaten to kill anyone who dares cross them. It is not gender transitioning that is horrifying and dangerous, but the regime of sexual difference.’

It's Monday, time for #TransGem

This weekend, for the 1st time, I took off my shirt to work in the back yard.

There was still a bit of "Am I indecent?" feeling but that disappeared pretty quickly under the pleasure of not having to wear anything under the scorching heat.

100% recommend. Will do it again.😉
