Early voting has started in Texas. So many options it’s difficult to know who to vote for! Luckily there are some local guides, like this one from Stonewall Democrats of Austin.

I also like this guide from the League of Women’s Voters group, which gives you an overwhelming amount of data on each candidate but doesn’t offer a candidate selection for you.

Here in Austin, we’re starting to see robots strolling along sidewalks. Sometimes they have brightly colored costumes or say funny things. But in reality, they are patrolling. And they aren’t even from police departments.
At best, they are from local HOAs, modern day Gladys Kravitz bots. At worst, they are wanna be ICE agents controlling the bot from their home, looking for people to harass.
