Ein Vorteil der völlig katastrophal umgesetzten #ePA scheint zu sein, dass Menschen jetzt reihenweise zum 1.Mal auffällt, wie viele Ärzte für höhere Abrechnungen im Fallpauschalen-System ihnen komplett unzutreffende Diagnosen anhängen bis hin zu (insbes. bei Frauen?) imaginären angebl. psych. Problemen.

Das kann noch richtig lustig werden - nicht erst, falls die blaunen Freunde Gotthardts &Spahns hier mal das Ruder übernehmen, sondern wenn solche Daten zur Forschung an Unis, Pharma etc gehen.

Habe das erste Mal meine #ePA eingesehen. Irre! Mein ehem. Gynäkologe hat systematisch Abrechnungsbetrug betrieben. Nur ein Bruchteil der Diagnosen ist zutreffend. Der Arzt, der mich 2021 gegen Covid geimpft hat, hat eine Angststörung abgerechnet. Habe erstmal das Dokument komplett gesperrt.
