For #MountainMonday this time the table mountain Kistenstöckli (2748m), local name Muot da Rubi. From the Bifertenhütte it is a mere 45 minutes climb, so perfect for an early morning hike, before starting the actual day trip.
New area also means new mountain hut! The Brisenhaus (1752m) is easily reachable (T2) and is a popular destination for day guests. It is situated at a terrace and has therefore a nice view (they can even use the sellibg point that they have lake view, which technically would be correct.
Die Doldenhornhütte wird in diesem Jahr 2025 erneuert und bleibt aus diesem Grunde die ganze Saison geschlossen. Die Neueröffnung ist auf die Saison 2026 geplant.
