speaking of #faircamp, is there a way to automatically create a download for your entire discography?
i've set up a #faircamp for #pastagang https://pasta.salat.dev so cool how easy this was to set up!! i still haven't used any of the configuration options, but it's enough to listen

I think @axwax did a few of them but yes it was mostly me..
What I hate most though, is that it doesn't read the tags for the metadata so you have to type all that in again!
So far in my experience only #mirlo and #Faircamp read the tags from the files.. would be very nice if #Bandwagon could as well.
If your usual music streaming service is down at the moment due to Cloudflare controlling half the internet, it would be a great time to try something alternative.

I believe it's traditional to include one's SoundCloud link when a post gets popular! But although I do have one, it's a bit random. And who knows, it probably relies on Cloudflare...
So here's my Faircamp instead:
And there's still some valid free #Bandcamp and #Mirlo codes in this post from a couple of weeks ago: https://mastodon.online/@keefmarshall/115507864604377086 .. can't even give the stuff away 😂

Faircamp 1.7 is out! \ʕ◕ᴥ◕\ʔ
This release brings all new danish translations contributed by @mosgaard, reviewed and updated chinese translations by @mantle_sound and extended ukrainian translations by @makepost.
On the features side this release adds artists with external page links to the browse/search menu (thanks @setto for the intel!), slightly optimizes generated js code for browse/search and includes a few minor fixes such as preventing faulty artist links in edge cases where feature_supported_artists is used outside of label mode.
For all changes see the release page: https://simonrepp.com/faircamp/changes/1.7.0/
Thank you so much everyone for your kind support, contributions, donations, feedback, tutorials, video guides and spreading the word about faircamp. <3
Faircamp is a static site generator for audio producers - to learn more check out https://simonrepp.com/faircamp. #faircamp

If any of you missed the updated #faircamp 1.7 AUR package after I announced the release, that's because earlier today I did prepare - but forgot to push - the update to the server, sorry! (ノ*°▽°*) It's now been corrected. Happy upgrading!

That leaves these discussion questions:
- How can you lift others up?
- How can your work be a pointer to the work of others?
- How can you (re?)integrate Shareware Principles into your life and work?
- If someone's work brings you joy, how can you support or encourage them?
And I could share my answers to them, but I think I already have. What I do will not be the same as what you do.
What will you do?

This is a great thread thanks for writing it out, you nailed the topic.
