Trying to work out what has changed because I’m riding sand sooooooo much better than usual today. Even the Heacham Deep Sand Trail From Hell was easy!!

My Carpe Iter is easier to read with a glossy screen protector on, rather than the frosted one.
Yes, there are reflections but only the same as there are from the KTM dash directly below it.

What kind of fuel economy does your motorcycle get? Does it vary much between commuting and highway riding?

My commute is 7 km (4 mi), and my Harley gets about 7 L/100 km (33 mpg). That's 188 km (117 mi) per tank.

On the other hand, highway and backroad riding gets about 4.7 L/100 km (50 mpg). That's 280 km (174 mi) per tank—a huge difference!

Sometimes I miss my Grom's 2.2 L/100 km (107 mpg) fuel economy. But then again, it wasn't a very practical bike. 😁

The first fill-up (which is at the bottom) shows 7.04 L/100 km (33 mpg).

Just a little PSA to any trail bikers in the UK who find the https://stegra.io app interesting...
Many of the byways that they are highlighting on the map are actually illegal to ride - they are closed with a TRO. It seems Stegra didn’t take this into account at all 🤦‍♀️

I see they are doing a public investment round using Crowdcube - it’s usually a sign of orgs that are not able to get investment from established sources.
