The French band Gojira are now giving a rock masterclass on stage. Think Motorhead meets Rage Against the Machine, but now a real opera singer is singing about the French Revolution.
The best of Back to the Beggining so far: Halestorm and Supergroup A with bandmembers from Megadeth, Faith no More, Anthrax and others. With the Anthrax incarnation being the very best so far. Alice in Chains are on stage right now, they sound like a very competent band but they're lacking anger, or vodka, or both.

That was an excellent performance by Halestorm. Well constructed songs, sometimes veering into hard rock, sometimes anthemic a la Iron Maiden, sometimes integrating a richer rhythm dynamics kind of Metallica.
