10 years and a few days ago, I was running a DIY Synth workshop with STM32F7 dev boards in our kitchen in North London... Still have ~10 of these boards.

I was bummed a while back when I thought they were messing with their sound, but 'The Scaners LP3' still has the same weirdo synth punk vibe I've always dug from these guys. If you haven't heard their first two LPs, they're both killer, too. First discovered em years back when they played a show with the Briefs. 🔥

I just published the code of the first prototype of Diapasonix, a bass-like synth and MIDI controller I'm developing.
It uses the fabuolous AMY synth engine and runs on a Raspberry Pi Pico 2. Loads of presets and effects!

Around the early 1990s I recorded this cheerful FM synth tune from a friend's Sega Megadrive / Genesis onto Sony MiniDisc. The track was just named "Megadrive pinball game highscore" at the time, and I don't know the game title anymore. 🙂
