When we went to pick her up at the shelter, we were so shocked when she emerged from the box. She was larger than our little dog. We think she must have Maine Coon in her somewhere.

7 years of staring into this old soul’s eyes (she is like 100 years old in cat years)
Thanksgiving will always be associated with Mila. We got her right before our very first Thanksgiving when we first got here. Every Thanksgiving that she’s still with us (she was 11 / 12 when we got her; it’s been 7 years), is a surprise.
