🐑🐐 While #sheep and #goats often share the same pastures, a "geep" – a natural hybrid of the two – is incredibly rare.

Because sheep have 54 chromosomes and goats have 60, most pregnancies aren't successful. However, every few years, a healthy hybrid with 57 chromosomes is born, featuring a unique mix of woolly coats and goat-like features.
