it's about how ugly all non-pixelfed posts look on pixelfed, because of the removing of line breaks.

I guess for you this is a real quick one. I was already looking at the code, but I haven't seen where this happens.

if you have pixelfed servers and you are able to repost you can help us

please go into your admin thing -> diagnostics -> click the Copy Diagnostics
button and send to us.

Reposting is not working for servers with mysql, postgresql or mariadb.

We want to see why.

It's not possible to do any retoot at all on our platforms.

hey pixelfed users and pixelfed admins - is the "retoot" / "repost" function working for you?

For me it seems not, it doesn't matter which app I'm using or if I'm using the web interface.

I know I have written it before, but what I, as an #pixelfedadmin, really miss,, that you are taking care of your main platform #Pixelfed and the bugs which are open in Github. But you ignore it here and you ignore it on Github. That's really frustrating... Maybe a short comment on the issue would be nice, if that's a bug or if it should be like that.
