Milliarden Ausgabe ohne eine öffentliche Ausschreibung geht m.M.n. garnicht, da jenes Vorgehen EU-Vorgaben ignorieren und mehr als Landesfeindlich anzusehen sind. #EuropeanAlternatives wird somit leider bewußt keine Chance gegeben 😞 und zumindest im Nachhinein Gelder entzogen. Anstatt notwendige Unabhängigkeit zu fördern, besonders von #usKonzernen die in bedrückende Wahrheit über das TrumpelTier tagtäglich mehr als die EU zerschlagen möchte und in letzter Konsequenz auch Bayern und deren Bewohner und Landeslenker schaden wird. ... Solchen Institutionen, Firmen und besonders Obligopolen sollte man keinerlei Geld aus Europa und besonders aus Bayern geben.

“An extremely negative signal”: French court dismisses search engine Qwant's case against Microsoft
"In a ruling handed down on Thursday, the Competition Authority found that Microsoft did not abuse its dominant position. This is a setback for Qwant, which is seeking to break free from its dependence on the American giant.
The verdict is in, and it does not favor Qwant. The French search engine, which has been engaged in legal proceedings for nearly a year against Microsoft, accusing it of abusing its dominant position in the B2B search engine market, has been dismissed by the Competition Authority.
In its verdict handed down on Thursday, the authority found that Qwant had not provided “sufficient evidence” to demonstrate that the American giant was dominant in the market in question, nor that “the conditions for abuse of economic dependence were met.”

We have made Microsoft’s commitments on Teams legally binding under EU antitrust rules.
Microsoft will unbundle Teams at lower prices, boost interoperability and data portability.
This means more choice for users, and fair competition ensured in Europe.
Let them pay like hell, so that their profits made from those unfair practices are dried up and they don't just end up, calculating those penalties as expenses as part of their strategy.
Then put all this money into #OpenSource#EuropeanAlternatives
