Light blue upright step-through bike with blue fenders and handlebar basket. It also has two black plastic child seats, one on the rear rack and one between the seat and the handlebars, somehow hooked into that position. It is an "Adriatica" brand bike. The paving stones are weat as is the painted red cycle lane over on the other side of the green-painted steel fence separating that part of the sidewalk from the road.
