What it is:
• 2h training/week on Zoom for 23 weeks
• lots of reflection
• at least 14h of practice
• small groups and a coach
We learn about meeting facilitation, organizational structure with circles, consent decision-making, feedback, some Nonviolent Communication, conflict prevention.

Yes, they were always recorded and some of those videos were made public. :)
The conference is great and it deserves to be experienced through. While the main focus is #Sociocracy and #IntentionalCommunities, there is a lot more there (as the one on complex systems). :)
