I've been using #chatpgt and #perplexity and thinking of switching to Mistral.
Petite observation sur les assistants IA en français…
De plus en plus, je trouve que @MistralAI surpasse ChatGPT sur un point crucial : la rédaction en français. Le style, le ton et surtout la compréhension subtile de la culture française (expressions, références, nuances) sont bien plus naturels et humains.
C’est un détail qui fait toute la différence pour des échanges fluides et authentiques.

Cancelled my #GoogleGemini subscription today and went for #Mistral instead as my #2 paid #LLM. Positively surprised so far. Gave it the task to create HTML for another entry of my blog: see my CSS and a German/English reference post, get German markdown text for the new post and create HTML in German and English with same design and all relevant links (previous post, back to index_de/en etc).
Worked like a charm. Impressive. I thought Europe is dead behind US/CN, but we actually are not.

Today, Mistral added a Deep Research feature, currently limit to 35 per month in a Pro account (15 dollars). The result looked promising in my tests.
Also:
* speech recognition (something that I missed when using Le Chat on a phone)
* group chats (Project), which could be potentially very useful, but I did not use it yet
* Imagine editing (e.g. generate an image, and then tell it to change the background location).
