At what point do the Trump/MAGA #fascists bring forth a new Nazi inspired flag that they begin using. Given where we are at, I would expect they would. Maybe not as a replacement for the current flag, but as an addition. Do #Apple, #Google, #Microsoft, etc all fly that flag at their corporate HQ?

Do these Apple enthusiasts continue discussing the company and its products as though the #fascism isn't happening? When is there enough fascism that they begin to withdraw their support?

I would have preferred the #WhiteHouse not to be demolished, but if we are going to let the #fascists destroy the #USGovernment and #democracy in general, it is nice to have a tactile metaphor of the wanton damage to point at.

The annexation of Argentina is contingent on Milei's political success, something which was extremely unlikely to happen before the US intervention. With the US making offers they can't refuse to every argie representative and governor, it's going to be an interesting time to see how instead of Greenland or Canada, Trump ends up seizing a different country on the cheap.

Stating that Trump's rescue mission to save Milei's government from its own inhumane incompetence is of "benefit to almost no one" is one fancy way of saying that Trump, Milei, and their criminal partners are benefiting personally from the alliance. One remains in power, the other steals resources and gains one geopolitical vantage point through control of Argentina's territory.

Normally I would agree, but these are not normal times.

When #fascists are in charge, we can expect that all federal agencies are going to spew lies, all the time. We've already seen it from Homeland Security, from the Pentagon, from the CDC, from the White House.

For the same reason I recommend that journalists boycott White House press briefings, I recommend that decent people block those #BlueSky accounts for the duration.

It is quite something to see Pepe the #frog being reclaimed from the #fascists and the return of #humour in the darkest hours. It is a very well studied historical fact that once humour is injected into #activism (not the "basket of deplorables punch down energy of many liberal TV comedians, no, the real energy of despair🥲 ), then governments are put in a lose-lose bind.
