And this is coming from me, a USian who lives a half hour from where they're playing the Final.
Even if the team you want to see is playing in the States, go stay in Canada or Mexico instead. I guarantee you'll have a better time.
Going down the rabit hole of south/southeast asian football (partly because I am just randomly tuning into a game with Malaysian team Johor Darul Ta'zim FC).
Interesting is this team, DPMM FC, a Brunei team, which has hopped from Brunei to Malaysia to Singapore leagues, now back in Malayia.
Image German teams deciding to move to the Premier League. People would go mad. Of course the situation is much different, so it's very interesting. #fedifc

Another wonderful tournament defined by teams the rest of the continent couldn't care less about.

You know why Japanese commentators are so bad for me? It's part culture difference, but probably more importantly the audio. Why? Bundesliga english commentators are actually AT THE GAMES and you can hear it in the audio. You also get the added bonus that on good games, the commentators feel the spirit. Nah, instead you got a monotone Japanese guy talking about a game at 22:30 at night in some empty studio, it's no wonder you get these lifeless commentators #fedifc

A lot to discuss about that half but mostly I believe Kerkez isn't at the required level at the moment. VVD looks as though he doesn't have faith in him and appears to be quite frustrated with having to cover.
The (first choice)? midfield from last season isn't functioning well either.
The best play came from Mo dropping into the 10 position and feeding Gakpo - not what the team should be doing.
