UpScrolled was launched in June 2025 by Recursive Methods Pty Ltd. It was founded by Issam Hijazi, a Palestinian-Australian app developer and is backed by the Tech for #Palestine incubator. It’s up to a million downloads as of data this week. Privacy policy seems in line with this type of app. I never used TT, so I can’t speak to the functionality comparables, but hey, it’s not run by a Zionist billionaire and his buddies in the #IDF. So, ya know, that’s better.

A comment: I thought quite a while about whether to use the #Terrorism tag on that post.
What both the state of #Israel, and 'unofficial' gangs of #Israeli thugs, are doing in both #Gaza and the rest of #Palestine is terrorism. But the narrative in Western media presenting the Israelis as the 'good guys' and Palestinians as terrorists is so persuasive that I was worried that some readers might think I was accusing the victims of these attacks of terrorism.
I feel that I must give to #Gaza because people there have been so abandoned by the whole international community, and because we hear that charitable giving to Gaza has fallen off dramatically since #Trump's so-called 'peace plan'.
I must continue also because there are families there who now expect and depend on my support.
But actually we cannot continue like this.

We must put pressure on our governments and on international organisations to adequately protect the whole of #Palestine (including #Gaza) from further aggression by #Israel, and as part of that must support the #InternationalCriminalCourt prosecutions against both #Israeli and #Hamas leaders.

The leaders were covered in fake blood, sat at a long table set with bloodied doll limbs, glasses of red liquid and plates of what looked like organ meat. They are seen using Israeli flags as napkins as they mop blood from their faces.
A “menu” that was placed next to the table and titled, “ #Israel’s Friendsgiving Dinner,” included items such as “ #Gaza children’s limbs,” “stolen organs,” “illegally harvested skin,” and for a drink, “Gaza’s spilled blood.”
